In memory of B.Sc.Eng. Dimitar Mirchevski, one of the four leading people from the very beginning of ADING's existence, a memorial meeting was held in ADING's premises on 4^th December 2023. Family members, current and former employees of Ading were present on the meeting.

He was an exceptional professional and a man who had invested all his energy in the company and passed on his knowledge to the generations that followed him.

Dimitar Mirchevski, together with Boris Nestorov, Dino Dinev, and Dobri Tasevski were the first people who developed and built the idea and concept about the company which has continued to this day.

One of the philosophies he was famous for, which he believed has been successfully passed on to future generations in Ading, is: "Nobody in ADING has ever said - it can't be done".
