In the company is paid a special care to advancement of personnel by financing in training and personnel specialization by various forms of education.. The training for using of various software package is obligatory for the greatest number of employees. Education of novelties in determined fields is chiefly made through visit and participation in seminars and fairs in the country and abroad, supply of expert literature and regular installment of known expert journals

• Accomplishing of rights by Collective contracts

The employees accomplish their rights and obligations within Collective contract signed with trade union organization as equal partner in contracting, in accordance with industrial contract and employment law.
